苏州圆菱离合器公司简介

苏州圆菱离合器有限公司隶属于东风传动轴旗下的离合器制造基地，公司成立于1998年。后来为了拓展高端大马力离合器、AMT离合器等项目业务领域，2019年东风公司与平和法雷奥合资成立“苏州东风平和法雷奥离合器有限公司”，苏州圆菱离合器有限公司一直为合资公司生产装配成品。

公司自成立以来，一直坚持自主创新、研发制造离合器产品，属东风商用车、东风康明斯、一汽青岛、重汽、徐工等主机配套和备件供应商，全国配件市场已经和正在设立代理经销商，将继续为客户提供最具创新优势和成本竞争力的产品及服务。

YUANLING”是平和法雷奥合资之前的商标，“     YUANLINC”是平和法雷奥撤资后（2022年12月撤资），圆菱公司重新注册的商标，其寓意是：圆菱回归传动。

Suzhou Yuanling Clutch Co., Ltd. is a clutch manufacturing base under Dongfeng Transmission Shaft, which was established in 1998. Later, in order to expand the business areas of high-horsepower clutches, AMT clutches and other projects, in 2019, Dongfeng Company and PHC Valeo jointly established "Suzhou Dongfeng PHC Valeo Clutch Co., Ltd.". And Suzhou Yuanling Clutch Co., Ltd. has been producing and assembling finished products for the joint venture.

Since its establishment, the company has, has been insisting on independent innovation, research and development and manufacturing of clutch products. It’s a OEM supplier of Dongfeng commercial vehicles, Dongfeng Cummins, FAW Qingdao, Sinotruk, XCMG and other main engine factories.Is setting up agents and distributors in the national parts market,  will continue to provide customers with the most innovative and cost-competitive products and services.

“YUANLING”is a trademark of PHC Valeo before its joint venture,

“YUANLINC ”is a trademark re registered by Yuanling Company after PHC Valeo withdrew its investment in December 2022. Its meaning is: Yuanling returns to Dongfeng Transmission.
